Happy March! I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to help 4 families close on their home so far this year. It's been busy with appointments, calls, and writing offers, but it's a grind that I welcome because I get to help so many people and sharpen my skills every day! Sales here in the South Bay are way up - there were 25% more sales in the last 30 days than there were in January. Inventory is also up, albeit only 2%. Pending sales, which are an indicator of sales in the coming month, are way up - 40% over last month. As you would expect from this data - the market is heating up, and we saw the average Days on Market (DOM) decrease by 8 days from January to February (34 in Jan, to 26 in Feb). Interest rates continue to trickle down, and we actually saw rates dip under 6% last week, though there is some uncertainty in markets due to the current geopolitical events.
